Everything starts with preparing the activities that will be included in the report:
In the Tags field, in the activity popup, select one of the four available tags that are added to the Management Report:
Highlights upcoming activities that require strategic discussions, with detailed scopes, schedules, responsible persons, and attached documents.
Summarizes ongoing initiatives for quick board approval, including projects awaiting final authorization or additional actions.
Keeps the board informed about essential day-to-day management activities, providing transparency without overwhelming them with too much detail.
Tracks delayed or postponed tasks, enabling easy monitoring and rescheduling.
Activities marked as complete will automatically be added to the report in the Completed section, highlighting progress made, resolved issues, and completed tasks.
In Managemate, you can link important documents related to each activity. Links to these documents will automatically be included in the Management Report.
Then, use the Status Updates section to record important information about each activity’s progress.
The latest update for each activity in the reporting period will be displayed in the Management Report.
