Users can receive reminders and event notifications via email and/or in-app.
You will receive reminders by email and in-app when your records are about to expire, renew or are due. This will help you stay on top of your important dates and avoid missing deadlines.
Similarly, you will receive event notifications by email and in-app when new records are created, someone mention / tag you in a note, invoice reviews are requested, or when invoices are approved or declined. This will help you stay informed about the status of your records and allow you to take timely actions.
You can choose to receive notifications in the way that works best for you - whether you prefer to receive them in your inbox or in the app. This will help you manage your condominium more efficiently and stay organized.
In the User Profile page, you can access the Notifications section and select from 5 different options to configure to receive notifications by email, in-app, or no notifications at all:

You will notice a gray bell icon located at the top right corner of every page. The bell icon will display a red circle with the total number of new notifications when there are new notifications available.
On the desktop version, clicking on the bell icon will open the notification panel.
