Update Activities More Quickly
We've streamlined the activity editing process. Now, instead of a two-step popup, you can edit all of the important fields in an activity directly, in one step.
We’ve also added a new “Save & View” button to allow you to simultaneously save your updates and open the activity, in one click. See the image below.
Update Activities Directly from the “Active Activities” List in the Dashboard
You can now edit activities directly from the Dashboard in the Active Activities section, eliminating the need to open the activity view page. See the image below.
Project Coordinator
We’ve added the ability to assign a Project Coordinator to each project, ensuring clear responsibility and accountability. This feature allows property managers and board members to easily identify who is in charge of moving the project forward and keeping it updated, reducing confusion and improving project management efficiency.
Faster Vendor Editing
When viewing a vendor, you can now edit all fields directly on the page without having to open an edit popup. This saves you a click and reduces the need to scroll up and down to make a change to a vendor.
Management Report
We are excited to announce the addition of a new tab called "Management Report" on the Activities page. This feature provides enhanced organization and visibility of activities related to board decisions, discussions, and information.
The "Management Report" tab contains six sections designed to streamline board-related activities and improve tracking and management. The sections are as follows:
Multiple Assignees for Activities
You can now select multiple users to be assigned to an activity. This change allows for better distribution of activities and ensures that multiple team members can contribute to the completion of an activity.

When viewing a project, you can now edit all fields directly on the page without having to open an edit popup. This saves you a click and reduces the need to scroll up and down to make a change to a project.
Collapsible Years in Tag Timeline
Each year in the tag timeline is now collapsible. This allows you to hide records from previous years and focus on the current year's data. By default, only the current year will be expanded when you first access the timeline. This change ensures that you can immediately concentrate on the most relevant and recent records.
Making Colours for Project and Activity Status More Consistent

Export your Projects List to CSV
On the projects page, you can now export the project list to a CSV file. Apply the filters you want, then click the button with three dots, open the menu, and select the option “Export List to CSV”.

More Context for Activities and Projects in the Dashboard
User Initials in the User Profile Icon
To make it easier to identify other users’ work in managemate, we now display users' initials in the user profile icon when the user has not uploaded a custom profile image.
Choose Tag Group While Creating Tag on the Fly
Now you can choose the tag group while creating a tag on the fly. This way, you don’t need to update the tag later to change the tag group. While creating the tag, simply click on the tag group element and select the one from the dropdown.
Completed Activities and Projects in the Daily Digest
We’ve added a list of completed activities and projects in the last 24 hours to our daily digest email. This will help you stay up to date with recent changes to activities and projects.
